Return /Replacement

Returns
Sex With A Celebrity does not accept product returns from customers at this time - for any reason. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee for any and all undeliverable or refused packages. Sex With A Celebrity will contact you by email to inform you about packages that are returned by the shipping carrier.

Replacements
We will replace products only for any shipping errors made by our warehouse. If there is a defective product in  order, you must contact us immediately with the issue. Please return the items in their original packaging to the address you will receive from us by email.

Defective Products
All Sex With A Celebrity items are inspected in our manufacturing facility for any defects or issues, and all of our products have passed the most attentive quality control test. For any issues or defects that your customer expresses to you, please contact us.

Please Note:
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Pre-authorization is required for all returns.
